- 500g white fish fillets, cut into chunks

- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ground coriander

- 400ml coconut milk
- 150g tinned tomatoes or passata
- Juice of 1 lime
- Rice and coriander, to serve
